Waddell Manufacturing Shipping & Return Policy
Waddell Manufacturing Company ships packages with Fedex within the continental United States only.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. All oversize items (over 150lbs in weight or greater than 6 foot in length) must be manually calculated by our warehouse staff. We will contact you in the event of any shipping or delivery delays.
Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days, less shipping costs. If you would like to return or exchange something, please notify us before sending it back. Please save all packing materials. Send via FedEx, if possible, and make sure to list the value for insurance purposes.
Damage in Shipment: If you notice apparent damage at the time that your package is delivered, tell the FedEx driver, and FedEx will take the necessary steps to return it to us. If you have accepted damaged merchandise, please notify us by mail, or phone 1-800-433-1737. We will then direct FedEx to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
